Sold since 1949, Gashell is a superior Swiss grafting wax and wound dressing. Knead a small amount to the desired softness and press into place with your fingers. Gashell wax will adhere and form an airtight and watertight seal. It remains flexible in cold weather and won’t run in hot weather. Grafting wax is a non-toxic, proprietary mix of rosin, beeswax and tallow, sourced by Barnel USA from Radix Ltd. in Switzerland.
